One of the most profound PR fumbles in our nation’s history was the public health messaging about the COVID-19 pandemic.   

In less than one year, COVID-19 has fundamentally changed the way our societies operate. As vaccines begin to proliferate, our adaptability as a nation and as a planet has come into focus.
